I'm looking for instructions or plans on how to make a tilt jack (if I'm calling it the right thing).

I have two flats I am joining together and mounting a fake piano to the lower edge (sits flat on the ground). Ideally, I would like to make a french brace (triangular) with wheels on the bottom to tilt the entire structure and roll it off the stage. I saw this in a book I have but can't find the book and my bump-in is tomorrow. If anyone can walk me through, that would be wonderful!!
