How can we make fake meat ham sausage etc for the meat booth in Brigadoon?

A little late, but when we did it, I used old stockings and make sausage links by tying it off and stuffing to the right look/length then tying it off and doing the next. I added a little paint to get the right look. The other I made paper mache to look like the ham, etc. and hung them.

Can someone tell me where I can find a website on how to make Fake Food? I am interested in doing this but cannot find a website to help me get started.
