I ran a few searches myself for theaters in the Fresno area, and the results are below. But first a little aside on the value of the web and community theater. Web searches have proved INVALUABLE to our theater. For example, did you know that the character of Col. Starling in Mark St. Germain's "Camping with Henry and Tom" was a real person? His first name was Edmund, he was the very first head of the Secret Service, he served under Warren G. Harding as well as three or four other presidents, and he wrote a book entitled "Starling of the Secret Service" which we found a copy of in our local library when we did the show. The actor playing the role of Starling was deliriously happy to get his hands on that book! (That particular search earned me the title of "The Web Queen" at our theater.) At any rate, I was surprised at how difficult it was to find community theaters in Fresno! Here's what I came up with -- I'm not sure that all of these are community theaters, or how close they actually are to your area, but I hope they help. And if anyone has more info or know of any I left out, please post it here!

GOOD COMPANY PLAYERS (from their web site
Good Company Players produces musicals and the occasional contemporary comedy in Roger Rocka's Music Hall, across the street from The Daily Planet restaurant and the Tower Theatre for the Performing Arts. 6 shows a year, with runs of 8-9 weeks, perform Wednesday through Sunday night plus Sunday matinees.
