Our children's theater group has a new website and we'd like to include pictures of some of our shows. Does anyone else with a theater website know if a photo release form is needed? (We'd either use first names only or no names at all.)

I'm not certain if one is needed, but our group has a release form just in case. We had a release form drawn up by a lawyer from the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, a group which will give pro bono help to theater groups. I can send you a copy of this if you wish. The internet seems to be a grey area still. A good way to go would be to include pictures, but not use any names without a release.
