The idea is, the fundamentation of art is the expression of emotion, so let the theater be one big emotion. Every actor is his own director, every actor write his own personnality.and expres himself into his role. An idea; We rent a house and built up a stage in the garden. People come and sit down but nothing happens. After 15 minutes we bring them into the house saying something happened and because of this the theater doesn't go on. But the house is full of Allzheimer patients (you) who're playing a game. The watchers never see everything, only a part of it (everything happens at the same moment, room 1 and 2 and 3,..., it's not a route they have to follow, we just pump them in the middle of the game and they have to find their own way in it and without their knowledge, their are a part of the game)
Every actor write his own personnality (if you're shy, you play a shy person). The only stop on freedom is the red line (start and end of the theater are written in front, although in function of the personalities)
At this moment I'm in Thailand but I move to the place where the theaterplace will be (depending of the majority of the interested people)
if you feel you atracted, write me to peterverm2000@hotmail.com
see you soon on the moon

Not to play the devil's advocate, but here are a couple of points to consider:

I, for one, would leave at the point the show did not go on - if I were unaware it was a part of the show, there is no way I would stay around to watch a bunch of other people play a game. You might want to consider what you could do to keep from losing half your audience and/or them wanting their money back (there's the hook!).

Secondly - too much action in too many places makes for confusion. This is the reason I refuse to go to the circus, trying to watch everything at once gives me a headache and I miss most of it anyway. The point of trying to catch the audience unawares can be a great concept, and carried through successfully can have amazing results. But you must find a way to carry it that will leave your audience with a feeling that they've just discovered something, or been touched by something, astounding. Fall short of that, and you'll have - at best - a mediocre play, or - at worst - a roaring disaster.

My summation, I guess, is that art does not have to be appreciated to be art, but it does have to be appreciated to endure. Consider your audience carefully and realistically before you start.

Cheers!
