The community theater organization I belong to recently purchased an art deco movie theater in our hometown. Movies are shown nearly every day of the year at greatly reduced prices. But...our downfall is making the stage acceptable for not only motion pictures but also theatrical productions?!! Does anyone know of a group that can help with renovation projects and architectural drawings in the Midwest?

I can't help with a specific Midwestern outfit, but our local theater, formerly an opera house turned movie theater, was recently coverted into a performing arts center. You can contact the group for information through their website at http://www.schwartzcenter.com .
