Anyone care to share their "Director's Manual" if they have one that works reasonably well? Looking for ideas on how to best manage this often contentious group. Guidelines on membership qualification, org structure, play selection,limits on number of opportunities to direct a play, "outside" directors coming in, voting for plays or having input only but not authority to select, etc, etc. Not looking to "please the crowd", just a good document to attract and retain good people and function over the long haul.
