Howdy, everyone...

I started reading topics from this site back in March when I had the idea to start a new theater group in my town of Gilbert, Arizona.

Since then, we've just finished the run of our first show, "HONK!", which was a complete success...

We raised $4000, which covered all our costs (the largest was the rights to the show). Everyone worked for free (14 cast, 10 crew, 6 musicians), and we sold out every one of our 7 performance run (150 seat house). We raised $3275. in ticket sales, which we donated to the local Childrens' Hospital.

This was my first attemtp at producing a show (I've been musical director and tech director before), and had a great time, although dress week was a little stressful!
