Hi everyone,
Our community theatre is doing Calendar Girls... Opening Nov 1 actually.

We've been struggling with the outdoor scenes that take place on a hill... with the last scene being the hill with many sunflowers.

We considered some projections but that's not going to work out.

The "interior" scenes are pretty much all in the church hall and are quite realistic - however they outside field/hill scenes have to be more symbolic - they are being done in front of hte curtain so not a lot of space, etc... and again, smallish community theatre so not a lot of tech.

This morning I thought maybe it would be a good plan to project sunflower images around the room (whole theatre)... I'm thinking sort of a "disco ball" effect, but instead of light points, it would be sunflower images.

Is there any way to do that... fairly simply?

OR... any other thoughts about creating the right look for the outside scenes?
