One thing I've started to notice is that, with the popularity of cell phones, customers are more and more calling me to get backdrop rental information when they are doing other things such as driving, babysitting, teaching a class and other distracting activities.

 

It is very difficult for me to give a customer information when they are distracted. They often don't hear / understand / write down the information they called to receive due to the distractions surrounding them. It is also often difficult for me to hear the customer due to their outside noises.
