Please help. I need suggestions for a monologue for my Governor's School audition. I'm a male almost 17, 5'11". Selection needs to be either from classical material (prose or poetry) or from a modern play, and under 2 minutes. Should demonstrate a range of abilities, and character close to my age. Preferably not too overdone, and hopfully not too dark. Also, I do sing, so could include a line or two of singing. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!!!
