Hello everyone!

I'm new to this forum (just joined today, and I wanted to see if I could get some help on a costume I'm putting together as well as introduce myself.

I'm a high school theatre student who can't get enough theatre! It's all I ever talk about and I can't wait to go off to college to study theatre performance.

Now on to my costume question... I'm thespian president for my school and for our banquet I've decided to have everyone dress as their dream role, since our theme for the year is "Dream the Impossible Dream". I want to dress as Seymour Krelborn from "Little Shop of Horrors". I LOVE the show and he is definitely at the top of my list of dream roles .

I wanted to know if anyone whose done the show had some pictures of their Seymour to help me figure out a costume... I want it to look really good for two reasons... 1. I'm a perfectionist and so everything I do I have to do right lol! 2. There is a lot of rumors going around that this might be our musical next year... and it will be my senior year... So if our director announces that we will be doing the show next year, I want her to see what a perfect Seymour I make .

Any advice on where I can find costume pieces, suggestions, and help you can give would be much appreciated. Thanks!

This may be a little late, and I don't have any photos to offer you other than this one from a middle school production we provided the puppets for:

I would suggest you dress as a nerdy guy living on "skid row" and you will be every bit as stylish as Seymour ever is.  If you live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I'll even provide the Audrey II puppet for your banquet (gratis), but I can't ship it across the country.  Sorry.  I do appreciate your enthusiasm for live theatre though.  Good luck pursuing your dreams!
