We need a satchel full of wrapped 100 dollar bills. And I have to take them out of one suitcase and put them in my suitcase. Yes, I am stealing the money. I went to the bank and they showed me how thick a stack of 100,000 would be and said I need 75 of them to make my goal.
Any ideas?

Lots of paper cut to size with fake bills on either end? could you use blocks of painted foam with just a couple bills? Keep the lighting low and/or textural to help hide inconsistencies?

I did some cut paper with fake bills on the outside but I like the foam idea. I will try that. Thanks.

If you can get away with it, I also like the idea of using foam (or other firm material you can carve and paint).
The reason I would go this route is because A.) it might be easier to make 75 of these, and B.) there are a lot of specifications the FBI has for making fake bills. I know of a LORT theatre that incorrectly made fake money and the FBI was all over them. I think they actually came in during a performance.
The prop money itself was so ridiculous that one glance and you could tell it was fake. But it still didn't follow all of their specifications for fake money.
