I’m trying to locate a community theater to donate my set, props and costumes to in exchange for them staging my play at least once annually in 2011 and 2012. Complete information about the play can be found at: http://www.roartheplay.com/ - www.roartheplay.com . Value of set, props, and costumes is over $10,000. They can be viewed at: http://roartheplay.com/production/?q=sets_props - http://roartheplay.com/production/?q=sets_props

Interested theaters will receive a Memo of Understanding that explains what the receiving theater is asked to do to receive this donation. Please feel free to forward this email if you know of some interested theaters or just send me contact info and I will gladly follow up.

ROARrrr-Ole Two-Feet’s Great Discovery is an original musical folktale for young audiences. The story tells how the courage of Maureen, a little village girl, brought the divided worlds of villagers and beasts together by helping the King Beast-Ole Two-Feet learn a very important lesson and discover his true identity.

Not only is the play about reaching out to others, embracing differences, and accepting those who are not like us, it's also about helping kids feel connected to a larger community and discovering that we’re really a part of each other. It's a message not just relevant to kids, but adults as well.

If you need add’l information please let me know. Thank you for considering this request.

Read your webiste and viewed your materials, very impressive.  I noticed you are located in WI, would you consider a theater in California?

Yes, but you would have to cover the costs to have the set, props and costumes shipped or brought to you via van. If you are interested I will send you add'l information to help you decide whether you want to pursue this or not. Thank you for your interest.
