Hello, I would like to get feedback as to what percentage of sales are via a subscriptions program? Are there any incentives offered to entice customers to purchase? When do you send out marketing materials?

Depending on the show, subscribers gernally make up about 1/4 to 1/3 of attendance for a show. We do offer a few incentives to subscribe. First the the price of the subsription is less then the price of the individual tickets, it's about a 20% savings. We also give subscribers 10% off other non-subscription events. Finally, subscribers can choose thier seats at the beginning of the season so they can be sure to get thier favorite seats every performance.
We generally send out or season brochure around 3 to 4 months before the start of our season. Our season starts in January so we generally mail sometime in September.
