Does anyone have a timeline or calender according to weeks for a production? Something that would list from play selection to performance?

Theatre Ontario has a publication that is free to download

As far as I remember it had some dates and guidelines for what should be done when....

Wow! Thanks so much! I am trying to pull together good material for my high schoolers as well as the brand new Community Theatre. Since I am the only one with Theatre experience, I am the "go-to-girl" and it's getting old in a hurry. I have bitten off more than I can chew at the moment. I don't have time for fundamental questions.
