How many of you all have staged "A Christmas Story?" In another thread, I got some awesome tips on stating HARVEY on a small stage and we need to do it with A Christmas Story.

My idea was to build the kitchen to one side with a door for the basement, the living room on the other with an exit for upstairs and then build a runway of sorts from centerstage to play many of the smaller scenes with a spotlight.
