First, let me share that I really love the Green Room. Its a valuable resource and beloved community for so many of us. I don't post often, but I am frequently on here reading and gleaning great information. You all do a great job, and I hope you know how much your work is appreciated.

Now, on to the heart of the matter. Recently, I was looking for cast agreements/contacts and was having a devil of a time finding them. I knew they were here somewhere, but just couldn't find the right posts when using the search feature. I was wondering if we could create an easier way to share and access information other than using the search feature. It would be so helpful to have a section where members could post commonly requested samples.. such as cast contracts/agreement or director's guidelines, or Stage Manager's rules, etc. It's nice not having to re-invent the wheel every time. It could also be a place for sharing best practices, data, etc.

It may seem a bit redundant, but I think it would a great service to have these kinds of things in one spot and not have to search through pages of past posts in every topic. It would also be nice to be able to respond to others' requests in one spot instead of pm-ing or emailing everyone individually.

If its not possible to do this in the forum, could samples on these topics be added to the resource list on the home page(along side the bylaws sample and other helpful articles).

I think it is a good idea!

One of our members 'Na' [naomi] who is a pupeteer from Melbourne, over in Victoria [some where beyond the black stump 'n Rabbit proof fence] volunteers to keep it uptodate & does a great job!
