Has anyone done the sci-fi musical "STARMITES" from Samuel French?

My theatre will be premiering their children's adaptation called "STARMITES LITE" in May of 2010 with 6th grade actors.

I've never seen the adult version. But I'm designing the set & the lighting for the kiddie version and could use your insights about this unusual show.

Please post links to photos or reviews of your production, along with any personal anecdotes you may have about this show.

Four days to go until the world premiere of STARMITES LITE VERSION. The Broadway playwright is coming to our opening night! I will post a "build article" with photos in the scene design forum after the show opens...
