How many does your board have?

We currently have eight board members and an executive director

How about yours?

We currently have 8 members as well, and a Business Manager who is not a voting member. Though I should point out that we just lost three members at the end of our fiscal year in June.

I feel like less than 10 is good, as we were too unwieldy at 11, but we're also going through something of a transition, trying to attract more non-performing board members and phase out some of us who are really more about the operations than the view from 30,000 feet, as it were.

It fluctuates a little. I think the average would be about 9 or 10. We all vote. Elections are held annually to select a President. Treasurer, and Secretary.
