Hi,

I have to make the smaller versions of Audrey, for "Little Shop of Horrors".
I have a fair idea of the basic shape, but all the pix I've seen don't show a clear "blueprint" for the model.

Does anyone have good pictures of the plant, showing the basic shape involved?

Thanks.

There was an old discussion topic about this that you might check:

Thanks, Mr Lowell. I went to the site linked but it's gone, apparently.

What I wanted were some front and side pictures to give me an idea of the actual "anatomy" and the structure of the plant, so I can construct one myself.

I plan to use foam latex in a plaster mold for the big mouth part. The pix I've googled are all poorly-lit stage shots.

Anyway, I'll try to use them and see how I go.

Thanks.

To Kurtin:

I just saw your post and wanted to let you know the links to both the Audrey II puppets and to my business have had address changes.  I updated the links, so if you try the link above again ( http://www.communitytheater.org/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=2559 - http://www.communitytheater.org/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=2559 ), you should have better success this time.

As for the general shape of Audrey II, think "egg."  ...With lips.

Good luck!
