hey gang! Long time no post! Here are some pictures from our recent three week run of The Robber Bridegroom! A great 70's musical rendered from a Eudora Welty novella! Set in mississippi in 1770, its full of bawdy humor, a great bluegrass/broadway score, and fun costumes! Enjoy!

Thanks tristanrobin! It really was a blast to do and a huge success! Even in these current economic times...people will still shell out a few bucks to see a solid community theater performance! This play SHOULD be done more! There is so much fun to be had! We rewrote a few of the parts to be a little bit more...uh...PC, and other than that, it was perfect even with its age! ------------- Community Theater makes us smile |

Its a great script, doesn't require much set ,but I think the costumes really make the show! And the alligator of course! And yes! Brag away, seeing production stills has always been a favorite of mine! ------------- Community Theater makes us smile |
