Does anyone have a portrait of Elwood and Harvey that I could buy?  Thanks!

Don't you want the picture to look like your Elwood, not somoone else's?

We took a picture of Elwood and had an art student paint us a picture.

You might also Photoshop a cartoon rabbit (enlarged) into a photo of your Elwood and have it made into a poster at WalMart.  It's not very expensive.

We did Harvey this past July.  One of our company directors is an amazing artist, so I sent her a still of the picture used in the movie (my homage to the film).  She painted it with the face our our Elwood in it and it was awesome.  I gave it to him after the show.

I think it costs us maybe $20 for the canvas and paint.

In order to make it "universal" we have a portrait for rent of Harvey all by himself.  Yes, I know the script calls for Elwood and Harvey together, but it is a small mod to make the portrait work for anybody.  At the present time we have the portrait of Harvey ONLY.  The other items on the link below are not available at this time.

Just letting you know!  Good luck with your efforts.

We also did our own portraits.  We took photos of the actors playing Elwood and his mother.  Then we made them into overheads and drew them on canvas.  My duaghter then painted them.  After the show the portraits went to their respective actors.

I recently saw a production of Harvey at the Commonweal Theatre in Lanesboro, MN.  They took a picture of Elwood, a picture of a portion of the set (walls, some props, etc.), and a picture of their vision of Harvey, and had a graphic artist photoshop it all together.  Then they took it to a photo center and had it made into a large canvas.  It was wonderful!  Not too expensive, either.
