Are there any warm-ups before a play that you find helpful for your actors (or as an actor)?

Do tongue twisters and zip-zap-zop help you warm up the tongue and get focused on each other?

How do you prepare yourself best for going out on stage with a "bang": diction, projection, pitch...

If you have ever read or seen Inspecting Carol, you would chuckle when asking about acting warm ups.  It's a hoot.
