Another Dracula question!!! We are doing a production of Dracula and we need some fangs!  We've looked at a few types- just can't decide what will be best for quick and easy application- and speech!

Anyone used fangs before?  have any suggestions?

For a production of Batboy, we used Scarecrow brand fangs we found at a Halloween store.

They come with a compound that you mix, apply to each fang, and then apply to your teeth. You let the compound set so it conforms to your tooth specifically.

We applied the teeth each night with a little bit of denture cream, and they worked perfectly. Our Batboy wore them at rehearsals for a couple of weeks to get used to speaking/ singing with them and by the performance he had mastered it.

No harm in asking your favorite dentist or placing a notice at the Dental Academy. Our Dracula got his fangs done for free because his Dentist was intrigued by the challenge and thrilled to be involved in a theatrical production. (The dentist also received billing in the program "Dracula's dental appliances designed and constructed by ....")

Likewise, with the advances in dental technology there might be a bright and willing student tempted to tackle this challenge.
