I'm doing a show in which one of the characters is asthmatic, and periodically hits on an aerosol inhaler. Obviously, we don't want to use a real one; any ideas on a safe and non-medicated alternative?

a. use an empty inhaler

b. it doesn't HURT anybody to use an enhaler
