  ~Directed by Rick Gooding~ Based on the Charles Dickens novel Oliver Twist, this musical follows the life of abuse a young orphan endures as he lives in a workhouse, only to be sold into indentured servitude to an undertaker for daring to ask for more food. The new living arrangement proves to be no better and he is locked in a cellar for fighting. After escaping the cellar, Oliver falls in with a gang of pick-pocketing thieves until he is apprehended for a crime he did not commit. As a way of compensating for this wrongful accusation, the wealthy victim of the pick-pockets offers to take Oliver in. The thieves now fear Oliver will identify them to the authorities, so they hatch a plan to kidnap him and they succeed. This summer musical promises to be amazing with lots of action and many familiar, noteworthy songs.
