Anyone do this show? I know you have to contact the author for rights. Was it good? We find ourselves with a "hole" in our 08-09 season and this was suggested as a lot of the middle schools have the novel as required reading.

I saw holes in charolette and it was amazing they had actual holes in the stage seussical would be great for a middle school

Is it a play based off the movie? "Holes" with Shia Lebouf?

It was a book first. Though I never finished it and so never saw completely if/how it was altered. Other than the lead was not portrayed as overweight in the movie as he was in the book.
