My stage manager just asked me today If I knew of any cuing system that was computer driven? The theater we are going to use has a very old light cuing system and is not setup for backstage/tech booth communication from the SM Booth.

We had considered something where monitors could be placed by the light controller, backstage wings, orchestra pit, etc that could be updated in real-time from the SM booth. She says this would eliminate her need to "call cues" every 20 seconds.

I know there is sound cuing software which we intend on using, just not sure about cuing for lighting, props, actor entrances, etc. I would think there should be, since it would not be much different in its operation than the light system.

Anyone know of anything that would do this? Thanks!
