I am desperate search for packets for volunteers, Everyone from actors to ushers to techies. We are building a 15 million dollar theater and we open next year. This is our last season in this theater and would like to spend this year re-training everyone. So if ya got a packet that you give you give out. Please let me know or if ya know of a site that has them. THANKS!!!

What is it you are looking for exactly? Like a Welcome Packet? Job duty Packet?

Most welcome/job duties packets consist of various items to include, but not limited too:

1. Welcome letter from President/Board (This can be a generic welcome letter).

2. List of Job duties.

3. List of Rules.

4. By-laws/Theater History.

5. Contracts (or copy of contracts).

6. Fun stuff for them. i.e. Theater Key Chains, Bumper Stickers, List of Current Theater, T-Shirts, or any other item that advertises the theater.

There are many things you could add to your packets, but this is just a common list that I have done or received from various organizations. The important thing is to make people feel welcomed and that they are informed of what is expected of them. No more, "I didn't know" as an excuse.
