While looking for something else on their website, I found this:
 
That's right — now, with a valid performance license for CINDERELLA, FLOWER DRUM SONG, THE KING AND I, A GRAND NIGHT FOR SINGING, OKLAHOMA!, SOME ENCHANTED EVENING, and SOUTH PACIFIC, permission to video tape your performance can be obtained by requesting an R&H Theatricals Archival Video License.

There are two great ways to take advantage of the Archival Video License:

For your organization — you may create one copy of a video solely for archival viewing purposes.  An administration fee of $50 applies for this licensed usage.

For cast and crew — you may create up to 100 copies of a video solely for distribution to your cast, crew and orchestra as a keepsake and solely for their private viewing.  An administration fee of $300 applies for this licensed usage.

So for all you videotapers out there, you can now do it legally.
