We are a non-profit multi-arts center in Central PA. Our local boro council is soon voting on and likely to impose a 5% amusement tax on our center. We found out last night the YMCA, The community pool and the movie theatre (movie theatre because of a grandfathered state law) will all be exempt but we were refused exemption. We are 501c3. Any input or suggestions?
