This is my first time directing a dinner theater (our community theater does one a year). Does anyone have any hints or know any websites that deal with dinner theater issues?

I'd love to know myself. Because we have a dinner theatre about 40 miles or 50 miles away from my home, where I absolutely loved a production of Romeo and Juliet (this was a paid house, I believe), and ever since then I have been enamored with the idea of opening a dinner theatre in my local area. ^_^
