I'm preparing to write a squidoo lens as a directory to community theatres that offer costume rentals. I'd love to know about you if you offer that kind of service. The Waterloo Community Playhouse has a pretty extensive costume rental shop, with individual costumes and full shows. phone number is 319-232-4932. We also have prop rentals available.
