Hi there...
Does anyone make a contract with thier volunteers? We have a contract with our actors and thier parents (childrens theater) but not with our adult volunteers.
Does anyone have an agreement that underlines the responsibilities and conduct requirements of thier help? Remarkably we have not had an issue with the behavior of our actors but our adult techies. Frustrating to have those who should be role models acting so...childish.
