I am the box office manager for a mid-sized community theatre that is looking to expand to a new, larger facility in the next few years.  We run Folio as a ticket software and it is just not meeting our needs.  We are looking to switch to ETix, but that does not have a donation feature.  Does anybody run a ticket software and a seprate donation software like GiftWorks to track your donations?  Are there any issues with keeping these databases seprate that anybody has found?  Thanks for the help!
