Community Theater Green Room Discussion Board: Classes ... where to start?!

   I have a friend in "the biz" in LA (a very reputable agent, to be exact) who has suggested I start "classes" locally ... ideally to send the cream of the crop out to her to market eventually ... movies, tv, commercials, print ...  Okay ... great idea!  But where to begin?!  Any suggestions?  

Basic acting?  Character development?  Voice?  Stage combat?  Dance?  Make-up?
