We?re considering doing Forever Plaid next season. We?re located in a rural area and I have limited resources when it comes to musicians. I can find the vocalists, but I haven?t found a lot of enthusiastic pianists. I would like to be able to get the entire score from FP in order to audition them in advance to see what?s possible. Then, if there?s a problem I still have time for them to work on the songs. We used to have a fantastic pianist, but she?s now raising a family and no longer able to assist us. Does anyone know if there?s a way to get the actual piano score without turning in dates for the show? Since this is my first year I?m not sure what is available. If you could let me know here or even e-mail me at videoman@consolidated.net I would appreciate it.
Thanks ... |

Music Theatre International (www.mtishows.com)
owns the rights to "Forever Plaid" and I doubt if they would give out the ENTIRE score for examination. However, you can purchase a collection of "Forever Plaid" songs and sheet music (10-12 numbers) from a number of sources. www.sheetmusicplus.com is but one of many. Good luck. |
