If you are asking, most areas have a beauty supply warehouses.They have stacks of used equipment. Look under beauty supplies and equipment in the yellow pages and start calling.  I have done the show twice: once as a set designer and once as the director. Both times I was able to get everything from a supply warehouse. And I mean everything from the sinks and hydrolic chairs to the little paper thingys you use when you roll hair. They were thrilled to be asked, and I exchanged ad space for the loan of the equipment. If you can't find anything in the yellow pages, ask a local hairdresser where they would go to get used equipment. They will know.
