If musicals are a possibility...Nunsense (5 women) and one of my new favorites The Great American Trailer Park Musical (6 women...i think). Both great comedies with good characters. I am also a fan of The Odd Couple the female version. When we did it, we did both the male and the female version on alternating nights....we used the same set.

Take a look at Catholic School Girls. We did it a few years ago and it was one of the highest selling shows we have ever had. Can be done with 4 or 8 women.
