What a beautiful show. I was honored to be involved in a production of this show about 5 or 6 years ago for a regional theatre that does a youth show each summer. The show would be supplemented with adults but the majority of the roles are yout. It was, for me, one the most moving pieces I've seen on a stage anywhere. My suggestion would be to play it simple...the message in this is so strong. Use the storytellers a bunch and ride where the wave of the story takes you.

Yeah i know something about. I was a chiors member in my schools production of it. It's a good show. Depending on what part your looking for depends on which songs to do. You should definatly do one from the show. they are all great. If you want Mama Euralie....do Moma will Provide...if you can do that your sure to get the part!!
