Our group just bought an older follow spot and we don't know how to focus it. It has 3 lenes. Anyone know where we can get the info? thanks

You best bet is to find out who the manufacturer is an check with them. Some of the products that lighting manufacturers sell today, haven't changed much since they first started selling them years ago.
