Due to limited storage space we need to build a bar that is collapsible for storage.
How does one do this? I spoke with someone with carpentry skills but he had no idea how to do it. I'm thinking, maybe hinges or "pegs". I'm not a carpenter - just trying to figure out how to do it. A design plan or website link is appreciated. Thanks. J |

Is your storage problem between shows or during a show? If it's between shows, why not just build it using wood screws and plan on taking it apart for storage. Otherwise, it would help to know the size and type of bar your need... For most shows where a small bar is indicated, you could build a basic bar with the bartop and the two sides hinged, using some kind of hardware to stabilize the bar when it is set up, yet allowing it to fold up for storage.
