Does anyone know the name of a play that has the same
subject as Anna In The Tropics (a lector reading to cigar rollers)? I remember the two plays being compared in a review several years ago when they both first opened but I haven't been able to find any info on the internet about it. The less well known play was actually suposed to be better than the award winning Anna. |

The play is Cuban Bread by USF theatre professor Denis Calandra. Its supposed to be more political and faithful to the historical record.
