I am in need of costumes for Beauty and the Beast but I am on a tight budget. Does anyone know where I can rent costumes for a reasonable price? Also, need ideas on how to make the cart for chip.

Are you anywhere near Iowa? I have a fabulous tea cart you could rent/buy. takes a small actor to play Chip, but works great. Basic concept: it has a mirror at a 45 degree angle with the base of the cart painted to look like the back edge would look if you could actually see through it. from the audience angle the mirror reflects the painted surface, creating the illusion of emptiness below.
