We have a character that is supposed to be half human/robot.

I was thinking we could use a bald cap and cut it in half. My fear is that there will not be enough tension to hold the cap in place. So I wonder, if we were to part his hair down the middle so we can access enough flesh to get a bond for the spirit gum and the bald cap.

Naturally there will be some spirit gum that will get in his hair. Will this do anything to his hair to damage it. I would think it should come out fine with a liberal supply of spirit gum remover and a good shampo.

Anyone know if this is a bad idea?

I have heard that spirit gum in hair can cause a lot of issues. its not very fun to get out.
