Community Theater Green Room Discussion Board: Looking for Contracts/Agreements

   Hi All!

Hopefully someone can help me.  I am looking for some templates or samples of performance contracts or agreements used for both actors and production crews for a small community theater.  I am drawing a blank searching but I am sure others must use something!

Any help is appreciated!  References (with web links) would be great as well- if the stuff exists online.
