Question:  How does one who's the founder of a brand new non-profit theater group about an hour outside of Broadway re-invent the wheel ie: introduce yet another community theater?  Just out of curiosity, what are your thoughts on developing something inbetween your conventional sit down theater setting and a dinner theater.  Something like a cozy Jazz club/coffee house setting with theater for entertainment . . . . It's a stretch with plenty of opportunity for failure I know, but I'm just brainstorming.  So what do you think fellow thespians!?
