Has anyone ever made a wrought iron staircase? I want to build a staircase for my set for Streetcar. I welcome any ideas. |

Hmmm... I remember we got some wrought iron donated from a church was undergoing construction. I don't imagine that happens for everyone, though :-/
I'm not sure how well this would hold up, but you might try carved foam(?) |

We did "Streetcar" last year and had a beautiful staircase. Our director used 12 guage romex wire. He molded each piece into shape and attached them with duct tape, then sprayed them all black. It took a long time, but looked very real.
