Our theatre is about to embark on reviving our strategic plan.  The existing one is about 6 years old and we really need to refocus our efforts a bit.
Does anyone out there have an existing strategic plan for their theatre that they would be willing to share with us?  I know that every theatre has their own needs and requirements and that much would not really transfer, but we are hoping to get going without having to reinvent the wheel.
